If they succeeded in securing employement witin that limited period they would get residence visa. In case they faild they would come back and buy free visa and start working illigally with company.

All this has been totally stopped and if a person were to work illigaly the person as well as the person employing him would be in truble and thus the labour market is now clean and free of all the illegal activities leaving a good opportunity for genuine job seeker. Indian visas are now restricted in the UAE due to an imbalance, but the authorities and industry is fully aware about the best quality of personnel available from India. Indians are the most hardworking and intelligent community in the Gulf. The visa restrictions for Indians visas are not very high in Oman. Bahrain,Qatar and Saudi Arabia. All Income is tax free.

The Middle East, especially the UAE, has one of the highest per Capita income and personal saving per individual is also very high amongeat th expatriate communities. The present exchange rate between the Indian Rupee and the Middle East currencies helps an indidule to make good saving over a period of time. One UAE Dirham gives you Indian Rupees -12.50/= and saving of just Dhs.1000/= bring you Indian Rs.12500/=per month. A salary of around Dhs.3500 could be considered fairly decent for a white collar bachelor status job in the UAE . His estmated expenses would be about Dhs 1000/-per month. The working hours in most companies are 08:00 to 01:00am in the mornings and 04:00 to7:00 pm in the evenings, with FRIDAY being weekly holiday. A person wishing to live with his family would required a higher salary to meet the expence of family life. The current minimum requirement of salary for a familied class person is Dh.5000/= gross per month as per UAE immigratinn laws.
